    Everything was perfectly fine, including extremely helpful staff and magnificent location close to the city centre. The room was both fashionable and huge with actual queen size beds and windows on the roadway.     I was impressed by how spacious my room was, it was immaculate and had beautiful views. The spa was really good too, I managed to get some private time there and it was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

    perfect base for exploring museums and vibrant parks

    I loved the short stroll to the Archaeological Museum, just about 500 meters away, and the peaceful walk around Kralj Tomislav Park was a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. A very comfortable superior single room with spa access.

    The staff were very good, our family's comfort. The spacious room provided a perfect setting for us to relax after a day of exploring Zagreb, and the breakfast in the beautiful atrium was fantastic.

    My kids wished there was a designated play area to keep them entertained during our downtime.

    We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing massages and relaxing sessions in the spa lounge. The wellness options really helped us unwind after a long day of exploring.     Ah, those fresh bread rolls at breakfast were divine! Plus, we were gifted a room upgrade that was spacious and plush-just what we needed! Don't get me started on the free spa access!

    I booked the Superior Double or Twin Room Spa Access for two nights. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main square and restaurants. Spacious rooms with high ceilings provided a comfy atmosphere. The staff, especially Leon and Mateo, made a great impression. They offered personalized recommendations and always had a smile. The breakfast had a nice spread, though a few more options would have been appreciated. The spa was relaxing but could use additional services. The noise from nearby trams was distracting at night. It definitely interfered with our sleep. Dinner was disappointing-a lack of variety and quality. The highlight was definitely the attentive staff, who worked hard to.
